[gnotepad-users] ANNOUNCE: gnotepad+ v1.3.0pre2 released

Greetings gnotepad fans and users.

gnotepad+ v1.3.0pre2 has been released.  This is another beta release
of the next version.  Improvements include using the GNOME properties
box, libglade for a lot of the dialogs, some cleanup of the
search/replace code, GNOME help files, and a number of small bug
fixes.
