[gnotepad-users] ANNOUNCE: gnotepad+ v1.3.0pre1 released

Greetings gnotepad fans and users.

gnotepad+ v1.3.0pre1 has been released.  This is a beta release of the
next version. New features include session management and user
configurable undo levels.  Other improvments include updated
translations, using popt/getopt to parse command line options, and a
number of bug fixes.
