This appears to be a bug that has been there since the beginning!
It's odd how no one ever tried changing the print command. :)  I'm
attaching a patch.  Feel free to try it out.

This feature is intentionally omitted because it's not clear what to
do if the selected/highlighted text spans more than one line.  That
is, gnotepad currently does not support searching across multiple
lines, so if multiple lines were highlighted, it's unclear what should
be placed in the search field.  Of course, I'm open to ideas... :)
