[gnotepad-users] Wheeled mouse support (1.3.0pre3)

I received a report that scrolling with a wheeled mouse actually
works, but it's backwards (e.g., up is down, and down is up).  Can
anyone else confirm or deny this?

Yes, it does in fact backward scrolling....

My environment is:
gnotepad+-1.3.0pre3, Logitech First Mouse+.
