#24 1.3.3 underscores in recent files

The underscore in a filename listed in the "Recent
files" submenu of the "File" menu causes the following
letter of the filename to be interpreted as an
accelerator character. These underscores should be
escaped so they display normally

Steps to reproduce:

Open and save any file that has an underscore in it's
file name, for example, the_file_that_I_wrote.txt

Now look in the recent files list, and you will see
thefilethatIwrote.txt with four accellerator keys
marked with underlines, the f, the second t, the I and
the w

The file is still openable despite it's name being
displayed wrong, so this is not an absolutely critical
bug, more of a cosmetic thing.
