#40 help buttons do nothing

Hi,

this is basically a forward of http://bugs.debian.org/580614 where a user reported the following:

The "Help" buttons in the "Add self-signed CA" and "Add Certificate
Request" menu items do nothing. I'd suggest they either be removed or
fixed. strace reveals nothing useful and I don't have time to look at
the code right now.

the bug is present in gnomint 1.2.1.
