we are considering github. there are technical problems to be addressed.
DisplayLevel is a deep problem because it does not generalize nearly as well as one might think. anything beyond DL=2 creates a conflict over how much "above" and "below" the current level is displayed, and can create inconsistency for genbooks with variable-depth keys. but we will look into it again.
