After reading a bit the gnome-hig documentation i made
some little changes:

- Added 'RulesHint' to Filebrowser, Data CD, Audio CD,
Video CD
- Moved 'Size' column to 2nd position in the Filebrowser
- Filebrowser's 'Type' column displays mime description
instead of mime type for files and 'Folder' for directories
- Display no size or 0 for Folders in Filebrowser
- Top toolbar placed in a bonobodockitem receptive to
gnome settings (toolbar settings).
- Change Preferences window title to GnomeBaker Preferences
- Includes fix witch came with bug 1107556 about the
toolbar style

To be contined...

Applied but I couldn't get the glade part of the patch to
apply properly. I think I managed to sort it but can you
    please check.

Also, the app compiled with warnings which I managed to fix
but I'm still left with the following warning.

    (gnomebaker:18855): Bonobo-CRITICAL **: file
    bonobo-dock-item.c: line 1310 (bonobo_dock_item_set_locked):
    assertion `BONOBO_IS_DOCK_ITEM (dock_item)' failed

    About :assertion `BONOBO_IS_DOCK_ITEM (dock_item)' failed

I belive is from the glade file, glade_xml_get_widget didn't
return the rigth wdget (the bonobo item). I'm checking out
the cvs right now to see for sure and i'll post the patch
    rightaway.

Works for me, no error. Did you made a clean install after
aplying the patch? I think your gnomebaker used the a old
glade file. Try making a clean install (or just simple make
install) to replace your glade file and see if the problem
    persists.

PS: You tested the aplication without make install, direct
from src dir, am i right ? Check to see if you have the
    right .glade file in PREFIX/share/gnomebaker/
