With a simple fork() and a mkfifo() one could achieve
that audiofiles would be decoded while burning, not
before. That saves a lot of time.

With a little hack in C# it didn't work with this technique
(though mp3burn, a perl script, does it like that). I did a
little research in K3b; they decode things with libmad,
libvorbis etc. in memory (though I have no idea how they
burn that to disk then)
