#208 Second session can't be burned

Example: Burn the file Test with the content of 1 on a new CD. Then close GnomeBaker, unmount your cd and start GnomeBaker again. Now import the session, add the file Test 2 with the content of 1 to the cd and try to burn it. I got this error messages:

I: -input-charset not specified, using utf-8 (detected in locale settings)
WARNING: the deprecated pseudo SCSI syntax found as device specification.
Support for that may cease in the future versions of wodim. For now,
the device will be mapped to a block device file where possible.
Run "wodim --devices" for details.
Rock Ridge signatures found
genisoimage: No such file or directory. Invalid node - '/media/sr0/Test'.

Tested on GnomeBaker 0.6.4.
