#3 mailing lists setup

I suggest that we set up 3 lists:
* commit list - every single svn move would be mailed here. It's much easier to read the commits in some MUA than do a svn diff and so.
* bug list - every change in the tracker would be mailed here
* gtm list - general discussion/announcements/whatnot. Probably low traffic.

Suggestions?
