#1 gtm needs a webspace presentation

sourceforge.net provides a webspace presentation - we should be using that.

My proposals:

- XHTML, static page only, W3C compliant
- should contain an overview of the project, links to stuff like "report bug", "request a feature" or "help the project" and a bunch of screenshots
- must contain sf.net's logo
