[Gnome-pkgtool-list] Call for feedback

As to start the list off,

We are eager to hear all kind of feedback from users. If you try
gnome-pkgtool and think that anything about it leaves things to be
desired, PLEASE tell us! You can use the usual sourceforge.net interface
for issuing feature requests, or simply post them to this maillist. Bug
reports are also welcome.

Let the mailing begin!
