#18 Build Problem - register GNOME desktop changes

Builds against GNOME 3 are exhibiting problems with GCONF schemas being registered, and with the mailto URL scheme in the desktop file being recognized. The build process needs to add calls to desktop-file-install and update-desktop-database to register both.

Fix found in the Fedora 15 spec file.
