#3 scheduled archiving

ok recently I recieved an request for scheduled
archiving.
The main ideea is to schedule an archive from a list
file (say pack all in /usr on Monday at 12 PM). Another
thing is to create iso9660 image for cd-burning
programs and why not support for tape archiving system
