[GNE]GNE Tutorial 2

I've written a draft of the 2nd GNE tutorial.  It's currently up on my 
site.  It's called "Network Game Programming Techniques using 
PacketFeeder," and it can be found at:

It didn't turn out as well as I originally thought for, nor did it cover 
all of the points I originally intended, and it covered points that I 
originally did not intent to cover ;).  Let me know what you think about it 
and if it's of any use.
