I just downloaded Gnaural and installed it on my Windows PC.  I notice that one channel sounds louder in my earbuds.  Do I have a problem with my left ear or does the "perceived" volume of the output differ on each side?  I'm tempted to adjust the balance but I don't want to diminish any effect from the output.  TIA for any answers.

First thing to check is whether it still seems louder in the same channel when you click the "Swap Stereo" toggle box. that will tell you a lot. For one, if the left side tone now sounds louder than it did when it was the right side, it says one of your earbuds is probably either defective, full of wax, or not inserted in the ear enough -  all of which have happened to me.
