#23 Problem loading presets on Android

I have a problem accessing my presets on Android. On my stock Huawei Y300 (Android 4.1.1), it was fine. When I upgraded to Cyanogenmod 11 (4.4.3) it looks for /mnt/sdcard/, while I have /mnt/sdcard0/ (internal storage) and /mnt/sdcard1/ (actual SD card). I'm pretty sure I had the same mount points before when I was not having this problem!
