The real generalized eigensystem call

   procedure Eigensystem
     (A       :     Real_Arrays.Real_Matrix;
      B       :     Real_Arrays.Real_Matrix;
      Values  : out Generalized_Eigenvalue_Vector;
      Vectors : out Real_Arrays.Real_Matrix);

is wrong: Vectors should be of type Complex_Arrays.Complex_Matrix.
