#4 ".exe" archive not found

I´m sending this because I´ve been using version
0.24, but a few days ago tried to install new version
0.25. I don't know why isn't there a ".exe" archive
to install or at least to run the program (in
windows).

The other version was very, very easy to install
(.ZIP package) and performed well. I hope you can
tell me what am I doing wrong.
