Online registration and payment system for events, to be added to an existing web site (HTML or WordPress). Can be used for any type of registration that requires payment, such as events, membership, etc.
Consists of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and MySQL files.
Requirements:
PayPal Seller account linked to a bank account
Web Server with PHP scripting (version 5, 7, or 8) and MySQL database

- Can specify to not share personal information with others
- Options for Gender, Child, and/or Student fields
- Define as many data fields as needed, in various formats
- Optional fields for various housing options
- Any number of attendance options (full, partial, student, etc.)
- Unlimited number of merchandise items
- Custom Status values to support things like a Waiting List (handled manually)
- Automatic handling of Early/Late registration Discount/Fee
- Optional disable of Early/Late Registration Discount/Fee for any Attendance item(s)
- Automatic handling of registration shutdown on a specified date
- Optional inclusion of PayPal fee with registration
- Option for PayPal to provide link back to event web site after payment
- Emails sent to user and registrar
- View names of Paid registrants
- View registrations online, and download in Excel format (password protected)
- Edit and Delete registrations online (password protected)
- One-click creation of database from config file (password protected)
- One-click creation of registration page from config file (password protected)
- Easy control of file access restrictions and PHP error options, for both Apache and MS IIS web servers
- Supports United States only: English language, and Dollar currency

I needed a solution to handle online registrations for annual conferences held by our non-profit association. This system is ideal, and can easily be customized to suit any type or size of event. The tech support provided by GM is outstanding, he answered all of my questions and provided helpful suggestions along the way. This is a robust, feature-rich and well designed registration system, and I thank the developer for this wonderful tool. I hope to use it again and again!

This software is a godsend. It provides numerous options such as merchandise, hospitality and number of men, women and musicians. The user manual is thorough, well thought out, organized and easy to use. All the necessary files are included. I used it to set up online registration for two weekend dances. I highly recommend it.

Glenn Manuel's online registration software is well-designed, clearly documented, and easy to use — feature-rich without feeling bloated in any way. I have also been grateful for the developer's responsiveness when I did have questions. I've been using the system for a few years to handle our organization's biggest annual event (about 150 registrants); it can do far more than we need, so I can't speak fully to the more complex features, but it's perfect for us — unsurprising, since it was designed exactly for events like ours (a dance weekend).
