The 060112.v0.15 set of patches should be applied to
version 0.15 of CMap after the 060104.v0.15 set.

The patches have the following benifits.

- Fixes MakeCorrespondence so it takes aliases into
account when doing name
based correspondences.
- Fixes some uninitialized variable warnings
- Adds commas to the matrix numbers
- Fixes the cross-reference editing, web admin tool

- Utils.060112.v0.15.patch: apply to .../CMap/Utils.pm
