#11 CMap v0.15 Patche Set

The 060104.v015 set of patches should be applied to
version 0.15 of CMap.

The patches have the following benifits.

- Fixed several problems with the admin web interface.
- Changed some SQL to fix a reported problem with
postgres.
- Removed the IO::Prompt requirement for cmap_admin.pl
since it was causing problems.
- Fixed a problem with the cmap_admin.pl menu system.
