Hi, I have several gbrowse databases (and corresponding config files) all interlinked via link options in the various tracks. I also have different plugins defined in each .conf file for each database. For example: db1.conf: plugins = WGSDumper db2.conf: # no plugins defined db3.conf: plugins = RestrictionAnnotator When I browse from one database to the next, with gbrowse running from our modperl directory, the plugins get all mixed up. For example, when browsing db2.conf, I might see the WGSDumper plugin, when browsing db3.conf, I might not see any plugin, when browsing db1.conf, I might see the RestrictionAnnotator plugin. I think that the plugin displayed might always be from the previously browsed config file/database. If I browse using the normal cgi version of the browser, everything seems to work ok. Could there be some issue with plugins and modperl? -- Wes Barris E-Mail: Wes...@cs... |
