Again, it should be up to the db admin for the particular MOD; but in this case I think the default behaviour for "delete_gene_model" to be consistent no matter what the data in the db is. So the gene would always "stick around" - however, it wouldn't be visible in any queries that joined featureloc > Pinglei > > |
