[Gmod-ajax] Getting started with gmod-ajax

Since some new names have shown up on the list, I put up a new guide to 
getting started here:

I tried to strip down my machine to test the dependency list; I cleared 
out my ~/lib/perl5 directory but I've got a bunch of perl module RPMs 
installed that other stuff depends on.  So I may have missed some 
dependencies; if I did, please add them to that wiki page.
