Great to hear from you Michele! Thanks for the encouragement. Our two main goals at present are (1) to get the ajax interface up to par with the cgi interface and (2) to enable community annotation (i.e. persistent upload of features to the database, by anyone). Mitch Skinner here in Berkeley is working on this full-time. Actually he'll be at the honeybee annotation meeting in CSHL, which is right before Genomes, so if you're at Genomes then maybe some introductions can be effected. In the meantime any questions that you may have will be v welcome. cheers..
