[Gmod-ajax] Ajax-GBrowse hire

I'm pleased to announce that we have hired Mitch Skinner (CC'd), whom 
readers of the gmod-ajax list may recognize, as a full-time developer on 
the Ajax GBrowse project. He'll be working from Berkeley.

He will be starting some time around mid-January.
