[Gmod-ajax] JBrowse 2 Configuration Options

Hello,

I am Master's student from the University of Cologne, currently  
working on a project to update a web genome browser  
(https://amaranthgdb.org/popamaranth.html). The first version of this  
browser uses JBrowse1, where the "origin_color" and "variance_band"  
options are available for BigWig tracks, as listed in the respective  
documentation. For the update, I am working with the JBrowse2 desktop  
app and given my limited experience with JBrowse , I was unable to add  
the origin line and the variance band to my BigWig tracks. Hence I  
wanted to reach out and ask if there is a straightforward way of  
adding these configuration options that I might be missing. If not, I  
would be grateful if you could provide me with a quick guide on how I  
can achieve this.
