Hello,

Please keep the mailing list cc'ed so other people can see the thread and
offer suggestions. I gather what you want is to also have features
displayed in your JBrowse instance. To get features, they have to come from
somewhere. The most common thing would be GFF files that have the features
defined in them, but I don't know what your organism is, so I can't give
you any advice about where to find feature data.  Once you have GFF files,
you can use the script flatfile_to_json.pl to prepare it for JBrowse.
