Hi Chen, I think it has to do with what you are coloring. In the ArcRenderer, the arc is based on the top-level parent feature (e.g. a gene) where in the SvgFeatureRenderer you are coloring a child feature (e.g. an mRNA), so you have to retrieve the parent feature that has the itemRgb first.
