Hi anubhav,

Can you tell us what you did to prepare the GFF data, and what the track configuration looks like?  If this site is available somewhere on the web that we can get to, that would probably help too. 

Also, I know you are fairly new to jbrowse; let me suggest that you might want to look at jbrowse 1, as it is more mature (I know I just steered you away from GBrowse because it’s “too mature”). It all depends on what you want the browser for.
