He previously worked on Hardwood Genomics at Univ. of Tennessee and with the i5K project housed with the USDA. He now works in industry and his time on the PMC is ending. We would like to extend a huge thank you to Bradford for his service to our community. He has been an advocate for adoption of new technologies, pushed for changes and updates in Chado, helped develop protocols for functional testing, helped develop coding standards and best-practices and co-developed a variety of Tripal extension modules in the Staton Lab that are used by many of our sites. On behalf of the PMC, Please join me in thanking Bradford for his very much appreciated service! Thank you Bradford! In the future, Sean Buehler will fill the 3rd spot on the PMC. He has developed for TreeGenes, i5k and HardwoodGenomics and worked in both the Staton Labs at Univ of Tennesse and Wegrzyn Lab at the Univ of Connecticut. He has been active in Tripal v3 and v4 code development and currently hosts the weekly Tripal Development meeting. Thank you Sean for agreeing to serve on the PMC! _______________________________________________ Gmod-tripal mailing list Gmo...@li...<mailto:Gmo...@li...> https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gmod-tripal<https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Flists.sourceforge.net%2Flists%2Flistinfo%2Fgmod-tripal&data=04%7C01%7Cjill.wegrzyn%40uconn.edu%7C19eaf30089e544b93dc308d8b4135608%7C17f1a87e2a254eaab9df9d439034b080%7C0%7C0%7C637457342459926500%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=yLFvZ15SE%2BIe8s6sfmQrEXZfCbiP%2BUBikr%2B59qbW35A%3D&reserved=0> _______________________________________________ Gmod-tripal mailing list Gmo...@li...<mailto:Gmo...@li...> https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gmod-tripal<https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Flists.sourceforge.net%2Flists%2Flistinfo%2Fgmod-tripal&data=04%7C01%7Cjill.wegrzyn%40uconn.edu%7C19eaf30089e544b93dc308d8b4135608%7C17f1a87e2a254eaab9df9d439034b080%7C0%7C0%7C637457342459926500%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=yLFvZ15SE%2BIe8s6sfmQrEXZfCbiP%2BUBikr%2B59qbW35A%3D&reserved=0> -- Margaret Staton Associate Professor Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology Office: 154 PBB Mail: 370 PBB, 2505 EJ Chapman Drive Knoxville, TN 37996-4560 she/her/hers 864-506-4515 Mobile mst...@ut...<mailto:mst...@ut...> |
