Hi Sofia,

Generally because of the way JBrowse works, you need to use a web server to
serve the JBrowse files.  Directly accessing the index file in your file
system won't work.  See
https://jbrowse.org/docs/faq.html#what-webserver-is-needed-for-jbrowse for
more information, and feel free to ask for additional help on this list.
