[Gmod-ajax] No exons and introns present in gene model​

Dear JBrowse staff,





We are using Jbrowse to configure the structural characteristics of our genome, but we found that the exons and introns are not present in the gene model. GFF format, configuration file and commands used in our program are summarized in the attachment,including problems we can not solve. Please check the attached file and help us to get the correctgene model (configuration) with exons and introns.
