Hi Colin, Yes, upon my first run of 'setup.sh' of the new download, it complained about "... perl v5.12 ...not compatible with perl v5.30" or something like that. My ssh window does not scroll back that far. I thought I read something similar on jbrowse web site but can't locate it this moment.
