[Gmod-tripal] meetings remain on Tuesdays

Hi all,
Thanks all who participated last week. We discussed moving meetings to
Fridays for the rest of the year, but it won't work out for at least one
person, so we are going to keep on with first Tuesdays for the two
remaining developer meetings this year.

Tuesday November 5th
Tuesday December 3rd

I suggest we revisit changing to a new day of the week starting in spring
since Nic Herndon has a long term Tuesday conflict.
