[Gmod-tripal] Tripal steering committee meeting

Our next dev meeting is* October 1st, 8am PT, 11am ET, 3pm GT. *This
meeting will be for the Tripal Steering Committee to discuss community
issues. If you have agenda items for the steering committee, please let me
know or tag us on a GitHub issue. If we don't have many items in the next
few days, I will open the agenda up to other dev issues/demos, so stay
tuned.
