[Gmod-schema] Please review issues in advance of the codefest

Hi all,

Whether you are attending the codefest in San Diego this week or not,
please take a few minutes to review the github issues that I've tagged to
be considered for this event.  That is, everything with the "2019 PAG
Hackathon" tag.

Note that most or all of them are tagged with "priority low"; that's
because I didn't want to be the only one assigning priority to items.  If I
tagged it to be looked at this week, it's because I think it's at least
moderately important.  If there are issues that you feel are important,
please feel free to add a "priority high" tag to it, and perhaps a note as
to why you think it should be a high priority.

And for those of you attending the codefest, I look forward to seeing you
in a few days!
