[Gmod-ajax] Documentation broken links

Hej!

The pages https://jbrowse.org/docs/canvas_features.html and https://jbrowse.org/docs/html_features.html have a broken link: flatfile-to-json.pl that links to "https://jbrowse.org/docs/flatfile-to-json.pl" instead of "https://jbrowse.org/docs/flatfile-to-json.pl.html". Also there is a space missing in front of the link.
