As part of the new rapid installation process we're working on we'd like to offer packages that enable content types, ontologies and extension modules based on needs. At the moment we have a breeding and a genomics profile. The genomics profile would enable the following content types and ontologies: - Content Types - Organism (OBI:organism, full organism table) - Analysis (local:analysis, full analysis table) - Publication (TPUB:Publication, full pub table) - Gene (SO:Gene, feature table using feature.type_id) - mRNA (SO:mRNA, feature table using feature.type_id) - Sequence Assembly (SO:assembly, analysis table using analysis_cvterm) - Ontologies - Sequence Ontology - Gene Ontology - Extension Modules - Blast Analysis and Blast UI modules - InterPro Analysis The breeding profile would enable the following content types and ontologies: - Content Types - Organism (OBI:organism, full organism table) - Accession (TERM?, stock table using stock.type_id) - Cultivar (TERM?, stock table using stock.type_id) - Variant (SO:feature_variant, feature table using feature.type_id) - Genetic Marker (SO:genetic_marker, feature table using feature.type_id) - Genetic Map (data:map, ) - Publication (TPUB:Publication, full pub table) - Analysis (local:analysis, full analysis table) - Ontologies - Sequence Ontology - Plant Ontology - Trait Ontology - Extension Modules - ??? We'd like to know if these content types, ontologies, and extension modules would be sufficient and if there are suggestions for others? This is on the agenda for the tripal meeting tomorrow as well. |
