[Gmod-tripal-announce] Tripal v2.0 in Docker

Thanks to Eric Rasche at Texas A&M University, Tripal is now available 
inside of a Docker container!

For those who want to quickly explore a lightweight instance, Docker 
images offer a nice alternative to full VMs.  You can find the Docker 
GitHub project here:
