[Gmod-apollo-cmts] problem configuring the tracks for webapollo

Hi,

I followed the directions  given on this page

http://www.gmod.org/wiki/WebApollo_Tutorial_2012#Installing_WebApollo


to configure and setup the tracks for the test data, but when  I click on the edit  button selectTrack.jsp page is empty.  I checked the logs and could not find any error and browsers error console show this message :

Can somebody tell me what  might be going on.
