[Gmod-ajax] refSeqs & trackInfo

Hi everyone,

I have hard time to understand how is managed the refSeqs & the 
trackInfo params when building a jbrowse object.
I'd like to set the path to the js but it's not working. There is any 
way to provide the right path to the js file other than
including it inside the html page ?
