[Gmod-ajax] jbrowse embed iframe

Hi,

Due to jquery in our website I'm trying to embed JBrowse in an iframe.
It works fine with google-chrome but nothing happens, nothing appears with IE8 and Firefox3.6.6.
Do you have any idea ?
