#11 automaticly make hits for aliases

When adding aliases and entering reference_id for the
source of the alias- the paper should automatically be
made a hit.
Its time consuming to add the hit first and then add
the alias as a second step- especially when adding LOTS
of aliases -such as with gene families.

I am guessing from the context that this is a PubSearch
feature request or bug (it was filed under bugs, but it felt
more like a feature request to me, so I moved it). If I am
wrong, assign it back to me and I'll figure out where it
should go.
