#37 Build.PL doesn't check for Text::ParseWords

Per INSTALL.pod, Text::ParseWords is a required module, but Build.PL doesn't check for its existence.

This pertains to cmap-1.01.

Apparently, Text::ParseWords is a core Perl module, and has been since Perl 5.004, so it may be unnecessary for Build.PL to check for its existence. In that case, the reference to it could be removed from INSTALL.pod.
