#46 put owner in synonym list

now that we have synonym owners and a list gui for
synonyms make the list a table with 1st column syn name
and 2nd column owner - i meant to do this on my syn
refactoring but didnt get to it - should be easy -
there should be another field in this tracker
"projected difficulty" so on could go after low hanging
fruit - and it wouldnt show owners i suppose if there
were none in the data as only new data will have syn owners
