#396 Figure out what to do with seqs w/out residues

Some sequences have no residues. This is ok if they are virtual sequences where the sequence is not recorded for them(though they still have alignment sequence). Virtual sequences are sequences that are constructed from ests in bop(or at least thats my understanding). However sequence for CAC42517 has no residues and it does not appear to be a virtual sequence.
