AE38) After doing a bunch dups and adding exons in file CG12548.xml got when dragging a result:

ERROR: Overlap in tier 0
one = 21415400 21416033 two 21415557 21416257
ERROR: Overlap in tier 0
one = 21415400 21416033 two 21415574 21416257
[etc]
